Here you will hopefully find the answers to any questions you may have regarding Haiku Comics books and merchandise. If there is anything else you would like to know, please contact us.

How long until I recieve my order?

We endeavour to send all orders within 3-4 working days. Shipping takes approximately 2-9 days in the US and 2-3 weeks for international orders. If there is any delay in these times we will be sure to contact you. For domestic orders, we will also email you a postal tracking number, giving you the opportunity to follow up the delivery status on your order online.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes we do. Postage will be calculated when you are ready to check-out.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.

How secure is this store?

This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

No, you do not. PayPal will also process your credit or debt card purchase without a PayPal account. When checking out, look to the left of the PayPal login box, click on the "Continue" link under "Don't have a PayPal account?" and PayPal will transfer you to a screen that will allow you to complete your purchase without registering for an account.
